                <description>Hi.

I am Adil Syed (shahjee). I want to thank all the people who regularly visit my blog and express their unbiased opinions/reviews. Unfortunately I have some serious login problem with the blog. Although I have contacted the 42tales.com team many times but they paid no heed to solve the login problem. In current circumstances I think the above post is the last post on this blog.

Again I thank all the people who regularly visit the blog and show their interest.

Bye

                <description>Excellent article.

I have found that the most successful people

1)  See opportunities others do not see;

2)  They attract opportunities others do not attract;

3) They are ready to act upon those opportunities once they come, better than most others; and

4) They do indeed act upon those opportunities once they come their way.

                <description>I would like to add one more thing.

Limit how often you let other people&#039;s goals be put ahead of yours.

For example, I was always so busy at work trying to fulfill the goals of others. It was only when I started to reduce my workload that I was able to make the fulfillment of my goals more important than theirs.

That is when things started to happen. Now, most of my work is being done toward the fulfillment of my goals.

                <description>F E A R is False Evidence Appearing Real

Some people make their decisions quickly, and others seem to do anything they can to delay (or avoid) making choices. I believe that 90% of the information we need to make a wise decision comes to us early in the decision making process (usually in the first 10% of the time we actually take to make our decisions).

The remaining 90% of our time spent in the decision making process usually serves little or no purpose other than to reinforce what we&#039;ve already &quot;felt&quot; initially.

You may notice I used the word &quot;felt&quot;, rather than the word &quot;decided&quot; in the previous sentence. I believe we might be better served if we made more (but not necessarily all) our decisions based on our &quot;gut-level&quot; initial feelings (our intuition), rather than cold, calculated, rational facts.

In my experience, delays in decision making serve as an incubator for fear to develop. The longer we wait, the stronger our fear of acting can grow. The growth of fear leads to more delays, which in turn leads to the growth of more fear. We continue gathering more and more data for analysis as we are afraid to make a decision &quot;without having all the facts&quot;. In effect, we suffer from &quot;paralysis from analysis&quot;. We become trapped in a vicious cycle that can only be broken by acting, DESPITE our fears.

				<title>Achieving Your Goals - Words Make a Difference</title>

                <author>stanley@stanleybronstein.com (MrPositioning.com (Stanley Bronstein))</author>
                <description>Words are very important.

What do you expect to achieve in your life? I ask because defining your expectations is a key ingredient in achieving your desired outcomes. If you expect grand outcomes, you are much more likely to achieve grand outcomes. If you expect little or nothing, that is exactly what you are most likely to achieve; little or nothing. You would never think of driving in unfamiliar territory without a road map, so why shouldn&#039;t you lay out a desirable road map to help you reach your desired outcomes?

Often our expectations in life are shaped during our early formative years. Many parents tell their young children they are capable of accomplishing anything they desire. I was fortunate to have such parents. Other parents fill their children with limiting beliefs that only serve to limit the expectations of their children.

One key example of this has always stuck out in my mind. About five years ago, I was visiting a friend at his workplace on a Saturday. One of my friend&#039;s fellow workers brought his ten-year-old son with him to work.  When I was introduced to my friend&#039;s co-worker, the co-worker then introduced his son as his &quot;little idiot&quot;. I was extremely upset when I heard this. I did not say anything to the worker as I did not feel it was any of my business, but I felt like saying something such as, &quot;I&#039;m sure you don&#039;t really mean that, as your son appears to be very smart to me.&quot;

When I talked with my friend about this later, he indicated his co-worker was an extremely nice guy and was a very good family man who loved his son very much. Notwithstanding, in my opinion, he was unintentionally inhibiting his son&#039;s future development. Children as well as adults, have a tendency to believe what they hear. If you tell them they&#039;re smart, they will believe they&#039;re smart. If you tell them they&#039;re an idiot, even in jest, they will believe they&#039;re an idiot.

The same principles work in our conscious and subconscious minds. Do you find yourself using limiting thoughts such as: &quot;That was a stupid thing I did&quot;, &quot;I&#039;m so dumb&quot;, or &quot;I could never be smart enough or dedicated enough to do that&quot;? If you have a tendency to have these types of limiting thoughts, you are unconsciously limiting your expectations and thus your ultimate outcome. If you lay out positive, non-limiting expectations, you will be working toward and ultimately achieving positive, non-limiting outcomes.

                <description>Personally, I believe that some of us are born with magnetism. While it can be bread, I think it often happens without us looking. I&#039;ve run into many magnetic individuals over the years. Are you one ???

Take care.
